ASI Event Marketing
Associated Students Inc., CSUF's marketing department supplies design work for 15+ on-campus buildings and departments. As a designer part of a team of 12+ designers and production assistants, I worked on a variety of projects that promoted social, leadership, and community events for students.
Overview
ASI's Marketing, Communications, and Design (MCD) department manages 500+ design requests a year, for all events and programs from the Titan Student Union, Student Recreation Center, Children's Center, Student Government, Programming, etc. As Design Lead, I managed the department workflow and contributed design work for all sorts of projects. All work here is original, besides the Work from Style Guides section.
After clients submitted briefs, usually to promote an upcoming event, a designer would develop the visual identity and deliver a campaign package. Print materials typically included displays, handbills, and flyers, while digital assets included social media, TV ads, and email graphics. Separate promotional requests were also made for apparel, merchandise, stickers, signage, and other custom items.
The timelines for each project vary, but were typically done on a turnaround of one week to a month, which included designing a client-approved branding, reformatting for packages, and printing/delivering materials.

Concert at the Becker - KOven Wei

In line with the request that I base the design off Koven Wei's single, 'Everything is red' , I put this together to advertise his on-campus concert. I also assisted in a collaboration with my coworker and designed stickers to give away as promotional items.

Titan Bowl and Billiards Esports
2025-2026
In collaboration with Titan Bowl and Billiards Esports I Curated a style guide for the 2025- 2026 season. These were used for the Titan Cup tournaments. Client received 2 Display Foam cores, 1 poster, handbills, and a social media package

The design for jazz at the Becker was inspired by classic jazz posters. The client received, stickers handbills 2 foam core displays and a poster and a social media package.
